During this 6 week nutrition coaching and accountability group, we will take a fresh look at nutrition and wellness. We'll ditch the quick fixes, fads and diets that rarely work and start building the foundation for sustainable long-term wellness and overall health. Whether you just want to tighten up a little, get off crash diets, lose 50 lbs. or just want to feel better in your every day life, this is your opportunity.
